It's time to exercise

Those of us who have haemophilia, is easier to get bleedings in our muscles or joints. Nevertheless, exercise helps us avoid bleedings because it helps us get a stronger body!For this reason, in addition to school gymnastics, we also do physiotherapy. With these exercises we strengthen our muscles and joints and thus, it is more difficult for bleeding to be caused! However, even if there is a bleeding in some of our joints, physiotherapy exercises help us to overcome the injury faster!There are different exercises for the elbows, for the knees and for the ankles! When I had a knee injury, these exercises helped me get well!Do you want us to hang out?
